What the free assessment covers
The free assessment is a confidential conversation with our team about your teen’s symptoms, school functioning, safety, prior treatment, and what you have already tried. The goal is clinical fit and a clear recommendation — virtual IOP, outpatient therapy, or a different level of care if remote intensive treatment is not appropriate.
Parents often arrive unsure whether “teen counseling,” “online therapy,” or “IOP” is the right search. We translate those options into plain language: hours per week, family involvement, technology requirements, and how care fits around school.
We also outline insurance verification steps so you know what happens after the assessment. There is no obligation to enroll. If we are not the right program, we say so and point you toward safer next steps — including crisis resources when needed.
